Personal testing by Giftsprings has been very favorable as to moisturizing, fragrance and healing properties of these products. However, your results will vary by product type, scent, style of usage, and body skin. So you will need to be the best judge as to how well these products will fit into your skin care regimine. We have provided descriptions and the manufacturer's suggestions as to properties of the natural ingredients used in the bath and body products below. These bath and body products are thoughtfully and painstakingly made to bring you the best in natural skin care moisturizing and conditioning.

Scents - Fragrances:

Lavender-Lilac-Orange The mixture of lavender, lilac, and orange is a unique fragrance. This scent combination has been a part of Succulent Sundays since the beginning. Lavender is used for its soothing effect on the mind and body. It also stimulates tissue repair. Orange is used for its antiseptic properties, and lilac for its lovely fragrance.

Rosemary-Cucumber - This unique combination of scents is a winner. Cucumber's fresh clean scent softens the flavor of rosemary. Rosemary essential oil is a rejuvenating tonic and is said to slow the aging process. It is a strong antioxidant, antiseptic, with antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. It is also used for anxiety, tension, exhaustion and depression. In the soap bars, crushed rosemary is added to exfoliate the skin.

Pear-Sage - This combination is a consistent top seller. Pear fragrance oil was chosen knowing that the fruity scents were an upcoming trend and clary-sage essential oil was added to compliment and excite the scent of pear. Clary sage is helpful for depression, nerves, aches/pains, and is also a sedative and astringent. This combination seems to appeal to almost everyone.

Lavender-Oatmeal-Almond - We add lavender, oatmeal, and almonds to this soap for a cleanse gentle enough for babies. Lavender has a soothing effect on the mind and body. It is a useful disinfectant for cuts, burns, and acne by stimulating tissue repair. We crush almonds and oatmeal for a less abrasive exfoliates. 100% Natural

Peppermint-Tea Tree - We use tea tree and peppermint along with poppy seeds for this very effective soap. The poppy seeds give the soap abrasive qualities to exfoliate the skin. Peppermint is both cooling and refreshing and is good for any skin problems for it is an antiseptic and astringent. Tea tree is a very powerful antiseptic brought to us by the Aborigines in Australia and it has been used for centuries to treat all sorts of infections. Tea tree is an impressive antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal oil. It also helps clear acne and soothes sunburn.

About the Products:

Body Lotions - The lotion contains floral water, aloe, olive oil, jojoba, shea butter, coconut oil, and glycerin. Our secret ingredient is plantain which we extract in olive oil. Plantain is known to have very healing properties for skin irritations. This improved lotion is the result of a market analysis with consumers. This lotion recipe was the winning combination.

Base Ingredients: Floral Water, aloe vera gel, plantain extracted in olive oil, jojoba, shea butter, coconut oil, glycerin, emulsifying wax, fragrance, stearic acid, and xanthan gum. Our base lotion absorbs well into the skin and leaves the skin soft and nourished. We have added a natural preservative, rosemary oleoresin, to preserve the oils, and Uniphen for the water, giving the lotion a two-year shelf life. The lotions come in 10-ounce cosmetic grade aluminum bottles with a pump.

Lotion Bars - The lotion bar has been a best seller. The beeswax and oils are melted together, poured in decorative soap molds, and then refrigerated. The perfect balance between the amount of beeswax and oils keeps the bar solid, but enables it to rub nicely into the hands and body. Within a short time the oils are absorbed into the skin providing instant moisturizing and a beautiful scent. Natural base ingredients like: beeswax, sweet almond oil, calendula, jojoba, olive and coconut oils enrich our lovely lotion bars. Simply massage onto hands, feet and other needed areas. Let the healing plant oils provide nourishment to the skin, while essential and fragrant oils entice your senses. The bars are convenient for travel and a wonderful gift idea. The lotion bar comes wrapped in paper and is placed in a 4-ounce tin. Each bar weighs 2.5 oz.

Base Ingredients: Saponified oils include coconut oil, palm kernel oil, and olive oil combined with fragrance.

Lotion Candles - It's a candle and a moisturizer! A very unique product. You can use the oils cold or warm as a moisturizer. Light it before you enter the tub or shower. When you get out, extinguish the candle and enjoy using the warm oils as a moisturizer. No more cold lotion! Excellent for massage. You can also pour the warm oils into a warm bath as a bath oil. Great for hotel stays or camping. Total weight: 6 oz.
