About our Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is quick, easy and free to join! Your benefits include 8% commissions on sales from your referrals' purchases when they initiate and complete their shopping session using your specially coded affiliate link (url). Affiliates also receive our periodic ezine that features some special items on sale and may also receive occasional "affiliates only" special deals! Just read the terms below, then click on "Create New Affiliate Account", and click on "SAVE" (lower right corner of the page) to submit your information and join our affiliate program today.

After you join, you can access your Affiliate Account screen, which will have your special link and banner URL. When someone clicks on one of these links and makes a purchase on our site during that session, your account will be credited with your commission.

Create your new affiliate account here Obtain a special link or our banner that is uniquely associated with your account, from your Affiliate Account Screen. There are several different banners choices for you. Then place our link or banner on your website and use it in your email messages. This will allow youand others to reach our website via your special link that associates the sale to your Affiliate account and properly credits the commission to you. Earn 8% commissions when you or others initiate their shopping at Giftsprings.com through your special link or banner we provide you.

...What we do...

We will credit you with a 8% commission on sales initiated and completed from your link to Giftsprings. The shopper must link through to Giftsprings and make their purchase during that same shopping session so that you will be properly credited with the commission. If the customer leaves and comes back later or another day but bypassing (not using) your affiliate link and, for instance, just typing in the Giftsprings url directly into their browser, then you would not get a commission credited because our system would not be able to track that purchase to your affiliate link. Your sales and commissions are automatically tracked by our order entry system. You can view real-time totals on your affiliate account screen. Send you a check on payable commissions, by your request, when they exceed $20 as specified below. If you prefer to receive your commissions via Paypal, this can be accommodated. After you reach your first payment threshold, just email us to request this alternative for receiving your commissions. Send us your affiliate id, paypal email, and such other relevant details, and we'll send your commissions to you via Paypal instead of by check.

Commissions

All commissions will be paid in $US and drawn on a US bank. Giftsprings ships products only to destinations within the USA. No commissions will be credited for orders with a shipping address outside the USA.

If a wholesale or distributor account customer also decides to become an affiliate, commissions will only be paid on their referrals' purchases, but not on the wholesale account customer's own purchases.

Commissions are on gross sales before taxes. No commissions are paid on gift certificate sales, fraudulent orders, orders that are charged back or cancelled, or if items are returned for a refund. In such cases your commission will be voided and reversed on your account. Checks are mailed or commissions can be sent by Paypal for payable commissions during the first week of each month when your account commissions have accrued to exceed $20.00, by your request. Please let us know if you are able to receive commissions sent by Paypal.

Inactive Affiliates

An affiliate's account may be disabled and deleted following 12 months of inactivity, which is defined as no sales generated from the affiliate's link. If an inactive affiliate account is closed and there is at least a $3 balance in the account at that time, a check for the balance in the account will be sent to the affiliate. If the balance is below $3 at the time of closing of the account, that amount will be forfeited.
