12/14/07 Christmas/New Years Closure Dates and
Shipping Delays: First, we wish you the happiest of holidays and
the best coming up in the new year 2008! Next, most of our warehouses, suppliers
and vendors close between 12/21/07 and 1/1/08.
Therefore, orders you place during the specific time periods listed below, will not begin shipping out until within 24-48 hours of the first open business day again.
Giftsprings and our main warehouse will be closed
Fri 12/21/07 - Tues 12/25/07 and also from
Fri 12/28/07 - Tues 1/1/08 for order packaging and
shipping and we will have limited staffing between
12/21/07 and 1/1/08 due to the holidays and inventory
updates. Full services will resume starting 1/2/08. Expect shipping delays on orders placed during these closure dates until normal operations resume on the next open business days since the warehouse cannot process/pack or ship until the next open business day.

6/26/06 Online storefront, all systems continue up and running well.
Nothing technical to report, however, for those who have sent
us your well wishes for our family member who was in the
hospital (and is now home recuperating more), we really
appreciate your get well wishes and your support.

8/9/05 Webstore functioning has continued excellent since our last posting. If there are no other postings here for a while again, don't be surprised. We are very pleased with our current hosting services allowing our site to stay up and available to customers all day long, every day.
11/17/04 On November 23, 2004, between 12:00AM and 3:00AM PDT, our payment processing interface company will be implementing planned system updates. During this time, the payment processing during checkout may be inaccessible for transaction processing.
10/31/04 Good news! We have completed a changeover to a new hosting company, smoothly, and are pleased to report that
our webstore is now experiencing excellent availability and faster speeds for viewing pages and products.
10/10/04 Our website hosting company has been having problems with their servers and this has been affecting our website access most of this weekend thus far. We apologize for any inconvenience. We continue reporting problems to their technical support personnel and they continue to work on issues as they are coming up.

9/7/04 Power is back, phones lines are working, internet access and email is a-ok. Family is well. Life is good again! :) We're back to normal processing times, post-Hurricane/ Tropical storm Frances.
This has been a nerve-wracking hurricane season for Floridians so far, and Ivan appears to be heading this way as a new threat. Hopefully not, though. Please keep us in your
prayers and we appreciate your support.

Hurricane/Tropical Storm Frances has created power
outages and phone outages in our
Tampa Bay area. You can still place orders,
however, we have had only intermittent ability to access email
and to respond to email messages and our phone service is
unavailable at this time and may ring through as a busy
signal to customers. These issues may cause extra delays of
1-2 days in processing your order and in responding to your
emails. We appreciate your patronage, your patience, and your support
during this time and extend our wishes for safety and a return to
normalcy as soon as possible to our Florida neighbors in need.
8/24/04 Server maintenance was expected to occur on Monday August 23, 2004 between the hours of 11:00PM EST until 7:00AM EST on Tuesday
August 24, 2004 which could have provided some intermittent access difficulties but it was postponed to a later date. Website availability
continues at regular levels.

any credit card payments being rejected. You have a few choices:

2/19/04 There were some technical difficulties today from the
web hosting service for our
webstore so you may not have been able to log in or to place orders. Technical
support has tracked down this difficulty and resolved it.
Everything should be back up and working again.

12/7/03- Email Subscriber Problems - We encountered some difficulties with our email
process. This caused delays in some email messages being sent out to new affiliates, wholesale
customers and new subscribers to the newsletter. This has been fixed, and we apologize for
any inconvenience this may have caused.
11/20/03-HOLIDAY CLOSURES NOTICE - CLOSED NOV 27, DEC 20-28, JAN 1! Our office and all services
will be closed on Thanksgiving Day November 27th, the entire week
of the Christmas holiday, and New Year's Day, as we spend time with family. While closed, we will be unable to process orders, respond to support inquiries or needs,
ship orders, or otherwise be of service to you. While you can continue to
place online orders, any orders placed during the week we are closed, will be on hold
and pending processing until the office reopens. Specific dates the office will be closed include
Thursday November 27th, Saturday December 20th through Sunday December 28th, and January 1, 2004 New Year's Day.

10/10/03-Yesterday's emailing issues appear to be resolved now. Email to yahoo email addresses are again
able to get through.
10/9/03-At this time, our email is not getting through to any yahoo.com email addresses. So
if you have a yahoo email address you will not be able to receive our emails. If you email us at
support you and expect a response you will not get one unfortunately if you
have used or provided a yahoo email address. Please change your
email address to a non-yahoo email address with us or sign up with a non-yahoo email address, place
orders with a non-yahoo email address - or you will not receive your confirmation emails etc. We are looking
into this problem but there is an unclear time frame for resolving it.
9/16/03-Website and email was inaccessible for a while today due to difficulties our
hosting company was experiencing. All appears to be up and running again (though don't be
surprised if there may still be some access glitches throughout the day since they are
still working on getting all their customer's websites up and running.)
7/22/03-Three bits of news. We just added express ordering by
item number (very helpful for customers who have one of our catalogs.
You can find that on the Basket Contents page (along top horizontal blue navigational
menu). Also, our customer support hours have changed. If you
want more details please see the Contact Us page. And, on July 25, 2003,
between 12:00AM and 3:00AM PDT, our credit card processor will be implementing
planned system updates. During this time, the ordering system will be
inaccessible for transaction processing so you will not be able to
place orders within that time frame on that date. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
6/30/03-Customer support and order processing will be closed on Friday July 4th and through
the holiday weekend (July 5th and 6th). Feel free to place orders 24/7 including holidays but orders will not begin processing time
until Monday July 7th. We hope you enjoy your holiday weekend.
6/12/03 5:45PM ET-The problems are fixed. All products are displaying properly in their categories now.
6/12/03 1:45PM ET-We are having technical difficulties with most catalog products not displaying due to some system
upgrade work last night. We expect to have this corrected within 12-24 hrs. Please check back then.
5/7/03-On June 10, 2003 12:00-2:00 am Eastern Time our system will be inaccessible for credit card processing due to planned upgrades by the credit card processors.
3/30/03-On April 2, 2003, between 3:00AM and 4:00AM ET, there will be planned system updates. During this time, our system will be inaccessible for transaction processing.
3/27/03-Our customer support will be on holiday Friday 3/28/03. Any requests sent to customer support that day will
be responded to by the following Monday.
3/19/03-Great family resource added for your enjoyment! You can now find a movie of the day in our More Family Fun Stuff area! We think you and your kids will enjoy
the new movies each day... they are pretty cool in addition to being educational!
2/5/03-Some prices recently not showing up on the storefront page have now been fixed. We're updating and doing maintenance this evening for a few hours. Also, we have a winner of our January drawing. Winner has
been notified and has confirmed. Please check
your email each day during the first few days following our monthly drawing to see if you've won a free gift and believe us if we write and
tell you that you've won! Some months we've had to select another entry when the first one does not respond
back in time.
1/16/03-This sought after item is back in stock. The Dale Earnhardt Wall Clock - it's item
number 33284 - great for NASCAR fans, for their room or the den. Just type in the number in

1/8/03- Our usual processing and shipping has resumed. Valentine's day items are featured. Check our new items section each month. Look through Multipack section for some items
that are sold only in larger quantities. Happy New Year!

Important Notice! Moving to the New Warehouse Dec. 21-Jan. 1 and Order Processing is affected.
Warehouse and distribution centers will be moving starting Saturday, December 21, through Wednesday, January 1. Warehouse and distribution facilities will be CLOSED during relocation. So- orders received* during this time period will be processed and your account or credit card will be charged, but the order will not be shipped until January 2, 2003. The new warehouse will be open during regular business hours on Thursday, January 2, and normal order processing will resume then.
*Orders placed before 11 am on Friday, December 20, will be shipped on December 23. Orders placed after 11am will not ship until January 2, 2003. We will be closed Dec. 24th - Dec. 26th and Dec. 31st - Jan. 1st for both customer support and order processing.
12/10/02- Please check our Store Policies - Shipping section for standard ground shipping deadlines we've posted
in case you need your order to arrive in time for Christmas. Also Giftsprings customer support and order processing aspects will be closed on Dec. 24, Dec. 25, Dec. 26 th for the Christmas holiday. You can still place
online orders as usual throughout those three days, but order processing and support will resume on Dec. 27th. Also warehouse and distribution facilities are moving - will post how this will affect order processing and shipping soon.

11/26/02- On Thanksgiving Day we will be closed to spend the holiday with our families. Should you wish to order anything on Thanksgiving Day, however,
you WILL be able to do so. Your order will begin processing starting on the day after Thanksgiving and customer service will again be available on that day as well. Let me
take this time to also remind you to come back for our BIG 48 hour Day After Thanksgiving Sale! Suggestion- Pick out some things you're thinking
about getting and come back to see if they're on super sale that day! Our webstore may be down for a short while or you may or may not
experience some difficulties here late on Thursday night (Thanksgiving Day) as we will be marking down prices! Sorry about any
inconvenience you may experience but the prices will be worth it on Friday!
11/1/02- Everything is running smoothly again with the order and credit card processing, just as it should be again.
10/31/02- We are experiencing problems with our credit card processor but are working to correct them asap. We are working with the
hosting and credit card processing companies to correct this difficulty asap.
We will post here again once all is resolved and functioning as it should again.
10/29/02- There will be a brief period of downtime for processing credit card payments from 12:00 - 1:00 AM PDT on October 30, 2002.
9/11/02- We participated in making a memorial tile on Yahoo's Sept. 11th living tribute. We don't know how long these will be

8/12/02- Our website was down for several hours this evening due to circumstances that occurred with our website hosting company. Apparently our server lost power. Here is the explanation they provided us- "Do to the installation of some new equipment an internal overload occurred on one of the UPS's causing a number of servers to loose power. The power was restored after a few hours. Rebooting of the servers took some time to complete.
We apologize for any inconvenience." We shared in any frustrations any of you may have had this evening in trying to access Giftsprings. All is up and running again now as of 12:15 am on 8/13/02.
7/18/02- Good afternoon- You may experience difficulties in accessing parts of the website/webstore from today on through this weekend due to maintenance and upgrades that need to be performed.
