Answer for Q1 and Q2: Look along the top
of every page and you'll see a blue horizontal
navigational menu bar. That's where you'll find both the
'Basket Contents'
and 'Checkout' words that you can click on.
(For example, on this page, look above the big words Contact Us and slighly right to see the word Checkout)
To review or change quantities click 'Basket Contents'. To finish and check out
click 'Checkout'.
3. "The computer's not working (or...the
website's not taking my order...or... I'm afraid
to order online...) Is there another way to get you my order?"
Answer: The best way is to order online and pay online. Sometimes technical
problems are fleeting and temporary and you can just try again later or
tomorrow. But if something is still not working for you
for some reason, or, you still don't want to order online, feel free to
print an order form, fill it out with your credit card payment
information, sign it and fax it to us at 813-969-4387. Make sure you write
the correct name on your credit card and billing information and also the
shipping name and address correctly. - See further below under "Fax
number" where you can click the link for the order form you need, typically the
retail order form
(unless you are a registered wholesale customer). We do not recommend mailing
it in with a check because items can become out of stock in the time
that it can take for mailing time and for checks to clear the banks so then
we wouldn't be able to fulfill your order if the item becomes out of stock by then.

Customer support is typically available during open business days M-F (ET)and we
usually respond within 24 hours. Support is not available on Tuesday or Thursday mornings/early afternoons
Eastern Time. If contacting us then, we will respond later in the day or the following
business day. Please take note of any
posted holiday closure dates or special notices on this page which would
supercede our typical time frames. For example, during our
usual end of year main warehouse inventory closure dates
support is more limited so allow extra time for our response.
Weekend inquiries can typically expect to hear back on the next open business day. We are happy to assist our shoppers/customers.
We do not respond to solicitations.
Link Requests: Currently, we rarely are approving
new link exchange requests. However, if you still wish for
us to consider any linking arrangement,
make sure our link is already on your site first. A sample for linking to us can be found at
the bottom of this resource page.
Sorry, but we do not typically send out "not approved" emails due to volume of
email and such requests. However, we will reply if your link request is approved
and inform you of the location of your link.

Note: We are an online business only so all orders
ship directly to customers, even if you live within
the vicinity of our business mailing address. Therefore there is
no showroom you can visit or warehouse you can pick-up from. Tampa
Bay residents who are our customers also have their orders
shipped directly to their own addresses.
If you wish to order and send payment by mail, we recommend sending
payment by certified bank check or USPS money order rather than
a personal check to avoid delays related to your check clearing the banks.
You can complete
your order online and just select check payment if you intend to mail
your order and payment. When you place your order online, you
will be provided with an order reference number and order details. Then just
print two copies of your order invoice/details, send one to
us along with your mailed payment to us, and keep the other one for your records. Alternatively, see
below for links to the correct order forms you can print, fill in by hand and
mail or fax (you can fill in your credit card info as payment on the form to send us
by mail or fax instead if you prefer).

our phone number, we always recommend the best
method to reach us is via EMAIL for questions, support and
assistance.
Recently, we have been
victims of fraudsters trying out different credit card numbers
that they've gotten ahold of and trying them out on our website
to see if they can get any to work. (We get charged fees
for such attempts by the credit card processors, imagine that!)
If you are about to call us because you've seen or been
told that you were charged by our company and you did not
place an order with us, and you are a victim of one of these
credit card numbers that were used, we want to assure you
that so far ALL of these attempted transactions have been
detected and declined on our end because of the AVS we use
(so they did not match your real billing address and zip
code for that card number). So even though your bank
may show a temporary charge of the amount on your credit
card, because your bank gave an authorization saying yes
the person has money for this transaction and let me
set it aside for what they're trying to get, WE
declined the transaction for AVS mismatch on our end,
so no monies will settle to us for the attempted order.
Then, your bank and the banking systems will drop the
charges automatically usually within 3-5 business days-
since they were declined by the merchant (us) and did
not settle. So typically within 3-5 business days,
without you or us doing anything about it, your bank
will drop that/those charges, just automatically.
There is nothing we can do about it because your
bank controls how long they take to drop those
transactions that were authorized but declined through
AVS and did not settle to the merchant. Also, we suggest
you cancel your credit card if this has occurred to you
and get a new number issued so no one else attempts to use
your same compromised credit card number again.
If we are not available when you call, Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM ET, you
will
reach our voice message system. You can leave your
voice message to us along with your phone number and
email address so
that we can respond to you as needed.
We are happy to assist our shoppers/customers.
