Payment Options

You have several payment options...

(1) Pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover



This is the fastest, most convenient way to pay. You can charge your purchases directly to your credit card using our secure server. To do this, select the type of card you wish to use on the "Shipping Method and Payment Method" screen (the second one). When you click on "Continue", the next screen will prompt you for the credit card number and expiration date of the card. Your personal information is secured through SSL technology and encryption.

(2) Pay by Paypal account funds


If you have a Paypal account, (you can also set one up and use it immediately), you can choose the "Paypal" It doesn't matter whether you are or are not a current member of PayPal, you'll still be able to pay by credit card by following along with the automated prompts of Giftspring's and Paypal's integrated systems. (Plus you can get $5 from Paypal just for signing up too!) When ordering through Paypal payment, please make sure you click continue on the last page to get returned back to Giftsprings at the end of your order.

(3) Pay by Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check through Mail.

Place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and proceed through the check-out procedure. Select the payment method "Check", print out the order form with the shipping and handling charges already automatically calculated for you, and mail the order form along with your payment to our address at the bottom of this page.
While ordering, you will be prompted for a check number, so have that handy. We accept payment by money order, cashier's check or personal check imprinted with current address information. If paying by cashier's check or money order, which results in faster processing of your order, when requested for a check number, enter in #888. If you do not have your checkbook handy, when prompted for a check number, enter in #222. If you have a PO Box address printed on your check, please write down your street address somewhere on your check. Please note that we will wait until your personal check clears the bank until shipping out your order and that returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law.

Please make sure that all items have printed legibly on the order confirmation copy that you mail in to us with your payment. We recommend you also print out another copy of the order form for your records. You will receive an order confirmation email.


(4) Using a Printed Order Form for a Write-In Order - Mail or FAX to Giftsprings

If you do not wish to place your order online, click here to Print a Blank Retail Order Form that you can fill out by hand, using the item numbers from our website or from one of our catalogs. Fax your completed order form with your credit card information to us at 813-969-4387 or mail it in to us along with your preferred payment choice.

(5) Payment for Large Orders: This does not apply for most customers but we include it as we also have some customers in need of a large quantity of items or high priced items when available. On a case by case basis, we may require pre-payment via wire transfer to our bank or via cashier's bank check mailed to us, prior to shipment of a large quantity of merchandise or high ticket item(s). If you wish to pay by wire transfer, contact us with your order details and for the wire transfer information your bank will need from you so that your payment reaches our bank and so we can process your order. Or, we will contact you if your order requires prepayment via wire bank transfer or via cashier's check.



NOTE: FLORIDA RESIDENTS will automatically have sales tax added to their online order total.
